Dance, Gymnastics, and Aerial Silks are our passion. We strive to teach not only technical training, but lifelong skills. We are a family of athletes that LOVE what we do. We have a beautiful facility including a dance room and tumbling gym located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

We offer award winning teams as well as open classes for all ages!
